Service Fee Policy

General Fee Information

All service fees are shown in your local currency on the payment page and may vary by passenger type (adult, child, infant, senior, student, or military). These fees are generally non- refundable and subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of transaction fees, where applicable. Cancellations made after 24 hours will not receive a refund of service fees. You will only be charged the final total amount quoted at checkout or by our agent.

Exclusions from Standard Service Fees

Certain bookings may include additional service charges, such as:

• Up to $37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings
• Up to $150 per passenger for business or first-class flight bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries
• Up to $30 per passenger in locations with high fraud risk
• Up to $41.25 per passenger for bookings with alternate dates or nearby airports
• Up to $150 per passenger for online cruise bookings
• Up to $75 per passenger for unaccompanied minor tickets

Contact Center Booking Fees

Bookings made through the Joyfares.com contact center may carry higher service fees due to the complexity of assisted bookings. Fees may range from $11.25 to $187.50 per passenger (or up to $93.75 for senior travelers), depending on the itinerary type and service level.
